Malwarebytes Mobile Securit‪y‬:

Try using Malwarebytes Mobile Securit‪y‬. The free version lets you filter our text messages. I use it on my iPhone, and never seem to get a scam text. Get it Here: https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id1327105431. If from eMailers, then block out the domain, particularly one that contains inappropriate words.
