Hello! I have a little problem with my Bluetooth keyboard, i can’t put it in QWERTZ, I did try to go to General then Hardware keyboard but then it doesn’t show up the options QWERTZ, QWERTY, AZERTY..can you help me?

Go back to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge. Make sure you have German or German Standard checked (and NOT "automatic" or something else).
