I have bought apple watch for using the blood oxygen app but it keeps saying not available in my region ? Why ? What does it has to do with my region if a feature is advertised then it should be available to all .... sort this out urgently

Then why other watches blood oxygen is working here and not mine ... and if it needs approval then advertise that as well dont just advertise something which will be not available before approval ... fix this issue as other watches are working fine with blood oxygen

show me in this why thet showing that its working ... and other watches blood oxygen is working fine in the same region ... why ??? ... please dont fool people with your products ... not only that the battery drains in 24hrs from 100% to 18% in 24hrs what kind of batteries do you even use ??? If you cant produce a good product pease stop your fake productions and promotions ... make this app work on my watch ...
If this is not apple then better dont reply ... so now they also dont want to listen to their complain ... fake advertiment with fake products ... if on one watch the app is working in the same region then why does it not work on the other ???

I have 2 watches version 6 in my hand and on one blood oxygen works fine but in other it say not available in my region so what does that mean ?? So dont tell me that it works according to region thats a fake statement
Because with blood oxygen and ECG your watch is classed as a medical device and because of this it needs approval from your government.
