iPhone stuck on "Transferring data" screen for days

Hi, my iPhone 6 has been stuck on the transferring data screen for days and shows "Time remaining: estimating…". Please advice on how to cancel this process. To my understanding, this is a Quickstart process and I am now just wanting to manually transfer or even just get away from the stuck screen altogether to get back to having a functional phone.
