Call going straight to voicemail
I have a contact that goes straight to voicemail each time they call. I have taken off hide alerts and even emergency bypass doesn’t work.

We understand you're unable to receive calls from a specific contact. We're happy to help.
If their calls are going straight to voicemail, we'd recommend checking Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts, to make sure you don't currently have them added to that list.
