Double click does not work on the wallet

The double click on my wallet doesn’t work. It just sits there I have done every single thing I can think of.

At this point, as the button isn't working at all, we recommend having the device inspected by a technician to have the issue resolved. We recommend calling the location that you choose to make sure they're open. You can find both Apple Stores, and Apple Authorized Service Providers closest to you to make a reservation, and have the repair done if you go to this link: Find Locations

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with double clicking in the Wallet app. First, go to Settings for the Wallet app and check to see if Double Click is enabled. If it is, Which exact version of iOS are you updated to under Settings > General > About? Does restarting resolve the issue?
