Running message automation without asking

In the Shortcuts app, under the automation tab, there is the “Message” automation which will run when a specific string of text is sent by a specific sender. No matter what action is run in this automation, the app always asks me if I want to run it before running the automation. With other automations, I can toggle if the automation runs automatically or if it asks me first, but this toggle switch isn’t there with the “Message” automation. Is there a way to alter this in settings? If not, is there a shortcut I could run instead?
