ipad pro magic keyboard not responding. tried cleaning connections and restarting. checked have latest ios. is there anything else I can try?

I thought I was the only one having this issue. Waiting for the weekend to end before sending this out for replacement/repair.

please let us know if you find a fix or if Apple Support gives you some tips on what we can do.

Talking to Apple right now and they are lining up a DIY. I tried to explain to the agent this has all the indications of a software problem. No way 100+ keyboards went bad on the same day. It seems they don't know much about it, they want to ship me a new one. I suspect the issue will persist...

I have the exact same issue. I contacted Apple Support and so far they’ve been ineffective, the only thing they had to suggest was a variety of ways to reset the iPad, none of which solved the issue.

If anyone else has better luck getting a solution from Apple, let us know.

I don’t think it’s issue on our side. Must be latest os update or some other stuff. I have 2 11 magic keyboard and 2 iPad pro 11from 2019 and 2020, they stopped working on same day.

I had the same issue with my Magic Keyboard. It just stopped working about two days ago. Get the "this accessories not supported by this device" message.

Mine is also about 2 days ago, seems all happened around same time

This happened to me as well a few days ago. Everything had been working fine, seems like a SW issue.
