App Icons disappeared from the Dock and Launchpad

Hello, this morning, some of the app icons such as (App Store, system preferences, photos, music etc) have disappeared from my dock and launchpad. I can see the icons when I check them through Finder however, when I drop them to Dock, all icons disappear.

I tried to restart, turn on-off the Mac, checked the updates (there were no updates) but I cannot fix it. Anyone has a similar problem?

I am using MacBook Air Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.3
