The support.apple. Appeared on my phone. I followed the instruction to press the volume up, volume down and the power button. Then it showed the apple logo and disappeared. What to do?

Hi. My sisters phone is iPhone X. While using it, it shutted down and the support.apple.com appeared in the uper top of the phone. We followed the instruction to press release the volume up and down while pressing and holding the power button. When we finished doing so, the apple logo appeared and after a while, it disappeared again. And then appeared again. Any instruction to fix it?

Have you tried plugging your phone into your computer like it also suggests so that you can install iOS back on the phone? This is the other thing it says to try. If that doesn't work, then I would suggest you take the phone to a certified Apple repair center or store Genius Bar and have them take a look at it and let you know what they can do for you.
