Audio pausing every few seconds

Doesn’t seem to matter what app it’s with my audio pauses after 1-2 seconds of playing. I generally listen to music/podcasts at work and can’t. Yes I’ve restarted the phone. iPhone 11 on the latest OS

Audio stops On my iPhone 13 when I play my audiobooks either from the library, Audible or Chirp it plays a few seconds and stops. It will restart but only for a few seconds. I have tried turning phone off and on. What else can I do. I listen to audiobooks all the time.

Why is my iPhone pausing itself My iPhone XR keeps pausing itself; I am listening to my Spotify Playlist through my headphones and it keeps pausing. I usually have in in my pocket, so I tried to listen to it with it on my lap; and it did the same thing. It plays when I unplug my headphones or watch YouTube through my headphones it works. Volume lowering with music either when I open or close my phone Q: My phone when I open or close recently will go to the lowest volume no matter the app and it doesn’t come but up unless you wait a straight minute for it to go back up. Is there anything I can do to help this?
