My iPhone 4s doesn't seem to want to update to iOS 9.3.6 - the only reason I want to do the update is so I can update my WhatsApp (which is apparenlty only supported by iOs 9 and above). I guess I have another than 9 iOS system now. Please help out.

Everything about 'iCloud' is in 'gray' and therefor not possible to click/tap on my phone, no idea why that is. :-(
I cannot install iOS 9.3.6 on my iPhone 4s
