How can I get back my iMessages notifications ?

Hello I’m writing to ask you for a help to my problem I have change my iPhone date and time to another country’s time while using IMessages after that I turned my IPhone date and time to the correct region (i set it automatically )now I can receive my IMessages but without notifications how can I get back my IMessage notifications

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Manage notifications for messages

Go to Settings > Notifications > Messages.
Choose options, including the following:

- Turn Allow Notifications on or off.
- Set the position and locations of message notifications.
- Choose the alert sound for message notifications.
- Choose when message previews should appear.

Doesn't work and hasn't worked since iOS 14 came out.
