In App Purchases from App Store

I had made a transaction at 10am for a game and at 5pm it still showed pending?

I contacted the game support team and they told me it’s an issue pending transaction with Apple.

I have more than sufficient amount of menu to cover the purchase too.

can anyone assist please?
