Hey

So I was wondering,when I proceed with the checkout ,they give me the total amount I have to pay,will the total amount be deducted directly from my account or will it be in installments?

It depends on whether or not you have the Apple Card and have chosen the Monthly Installments option. See: https://www.apple.com/apple-card/monthly-installments/
