App is glitched, can’t use it delete

I have the app game pigeon. It allows you to play games in the iMessage chat with people.

it has always worked fine. I recently upgraded from an iPhone XR to a 12 pro.

the app is blanked/whited out in my storage, it WONT let me delete it, won’t let me play it, I’ve trie many methods of deleting it.

it doesn’t show up in the little scroll option bar for iMessages anymore, as if it were deleted, but in my storage it takes up space and it’s there. Also on the App Store, it has the download cloud/arrow but when I click on it nothing happens.
