How do I get Emails from Apple Support Communities

Click on your user name, look at the bottom of the page and select Personal Settings, Preferences, then scroll down to ‘Messages from Apple’ and select the options you want.

Check your spam / junk folder, etc.

Failing that, contact Apple iCloud support.

If the hosts have not contacted you, send them an email - the address is contained in the ToU

You get email based on the settings lkrupp describes. You will also get an email if a post you made is removed. Remember, checking all the notifications options in your profile can get you hundreds of emails a day if you are active. Is that what you wish?

I have mine set as in the image and that is "just right"

Are you using the email address as a contact that you are using for your Apple ID or is there another one?
