My phone calls go through and i can answer incoming calls, but there is no sound. Also the speaker button is grey. In addition whenever i receive or place a facetime audio or video call when either party answers it immediately hangs up. I have been looking for answers for the past week and a half and nothing i have found has worked. Please help.
