Since last upgrade of Safari, cannot log into my Comcast Account. I see that this happened before in 2017. I also noted that in the conversations that there was no real fix. So maybe Apple needs another upgrade to fix this bug?

I have upgraded my OS several times (I now have Big Sur) and have never had a problem accessing the Xfinity web site, so there is no issue with the Apple software. Have you tried resetting your Xfinity access password? It may be as simple as that. I agree, you should contact Xfinity to work on the solution. Be proactive.
Give Comcast a call and ask for help.
