Disney + HDCP issue

So I have an issue with Disney Plus and it’s on my phone not connected to anything and it’s giving me this issue saying “Disney+ has detected an HDCP issue that is preventing your content from playing. To resolve this issue , Please try a different HDMI cable and or bypass your stereo equipment by connecting the device directly to your TV.”

can anyone tell me how to do this it’s not connected to anything
