Apple ID not valid / can't reset password / email not available

HEllo,


My Ipad is linked to one of my e-mail, I forgot the password but I am unable to reset it. I receive the following error message: This Apple ID is not valid or not supported.


I can't even unlink it on my iPad (or reset) as they ask me the password with the e-mail every single time.


I tried to create a new apple id using this email but they say " This email address is not available. Choose a different address."


I am totally stuck, can't update my iPad ... can you guys advise?

Get Support          Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may have to pick a slightly different problem.
