Because the content you have subscribed to is NOT LICENSED for distribution outside of your own country.

It is not legal.

Many, if not most companies, take Netflix for example, operate as separate legal entities in different countries. You pay (for example) a subscription fee for Netflix in the US. Content distributed by Netflix US is not licensed for distribution in France. Netflix France may also license that content for distribution there, but they do not get paid by the US division when content from the US division is viewed in France. Likewise, the appropriate governments do not collect the required taxes and fees when that happens.

You can't do it.

This is in no way unique to Apple.

I do not understand how you can live under the same roof and be in different countries unless your house is built directly on top of an international border. If you all live in one country then all your Apple IDs should be set to that country's store. If somebody lives in a different country then even if you are family you aren't really the same household. Apple uses the term "Family Sharing" and yes it does give you the warm fuzzies but in reality what this amounts to is household sharing.

The short answer is "because Apple said so". It's their service and that's the way they've set it up. You can let them know your thoughts on the matter here:

No one here in this user-to-user forum can change the way it works.

There are regional limitations.

You might still have a Netflix subscription but what you can access will change when you move from country to country.

You can't share with your family outside of the region because of regional limitations.

Your understanding or disbelief is irrelevant.

Apps have regional limitations and may not be available in all countries.

Subscription services such as netflix, Disney plus, Hulu also have regional limitations and may not be available in all countries.

Did that person leave family sharing and u cant re add it?

If you can't accept the invitation, see if someone else joined a family with your Apple ID or is sharing purchased content from your Apple ID. Remember, you can only join one family at a time, and you can only switch to a different family group once per year.

You probably changed regions.

But no one in this user to user forum can answer any question that begins with “why”. You are clearly using Family Sharing in a way that is not permitted by the terms of use of Family Sharing, which is for sharing among people in the same household. Any other use is software piracy.
