Because the content you have subscribed to is NOT LICENSED for distribution outside of your own country.

It is not legal.

Many, if not most companies, take Netflix for example, operate as separate legal entities in different countries. You pay (for example) a subscription fee for Netflix in the US. Content distributed by Netflix US is not licensed for distribution in France. Netflix France may also license that content for distribution there, but they do not get paid by the US division when content from the US division is viewed in France. Likewise, the appropriate governments do not collect the required taxes and fees when that happens.


You can't do it.

This is in no way unique to Apple.
