I need a little help :(

Hello,

I buy my first iPhone, 4 months ago, and i have problem with icloud... My iPhone is second hand and... When i try to insert my iCloud, i receive this text - "The maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this iPhone how to get new account". I entered Apple ID and i can download apps, but i want to use iCloud, my phone is 32gb storage :/.I haven't called Apple about this because I can't speak English well and I really need help. That's what I'm writing about here. If an Apple employee can help me or an Apple User can advise me, I would be grateful!

Thanks in advance

iPhone 7, iOS 14

'If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID or Could Not Set Up iCloud message', click on this link --> https://support.apple.com/HT210743 - This generally "means that you have exceeded the number of new Apple IDs you can set up with iCloud on a single device in one year." See the recommendation in the link on alternative methods for setting up iCloud accounts, e.g. on a computer.
