Language on Apple Watch

My watch language is set to English but I keep getting the iOS update notification (and any notification similar to that) in Chinese!

I also get the first part of the weather information in Chinese though the rest is English!

i have reset the language to English multiple times but this still happens! I’ve never selected Chinese

Any idea how to fix this?

The terms and conditions on the my Apple Watch series 5 are in Chinese. How do I change the language? How do I change the terms and conditions from Chinese to English?

Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.

Tap My Watch, go to General > Language & Region, tap Custom, then tap Watch Language.
