Print blood pressure records for doctor

How can I print my blood pressure chart or data from my iPhone 11 running 14.4.1? I want to show to my doctor.

Sharing Health App info with my doctor I've been periodically entering my blood pressure data into Health app. I would like to share it with my doctor, so he can determine if it is high or normal. Since I am going there anyway, the easiest thing for both of us would be to create a printout using the printer connected to my Mac, but I do not see a print, save, export to Pdf or similar option. I also do not see any help function in the app. How can I do this? Thanks.
