Problem solved.
I had a second Apple TV.
i set it up with the backup from the first.
I don’t use it anymore so I left it powerless. From that time all devices did not work with the home app.
I set power on the Apple TV and on all devices the home app works fine.
I don't know, but power cycle all your devices, router included.
