screen on MacBook Air (retina 13 inch 2020) keep jumping off while in use (about 1 minute) to login screen

Just to make sure we're fully understanding the issue, your MacBook Air is opening different pages on it's own or at least, toggling to other open apps and programs. Is that correct? Does this happen only within Safari or are different programs opened too?

To help narrow down this behavior a bit further, we'd like you to please test for this in safe mode: Start up your Mac in safe mode.

Next, see if this behavior persists in a second user account on your Mac. If you don't have one you can use, please follow these steps to make a test account that can be deleted later: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac.
