Is it possible to set a Calendar event to occur every three months? I see all kinds of flexibility in setting events, but cannot see how to do this. Thanks in advance to anyone who has the time to respond.

Yes, that is easily accomplished.
Start by creating the event on the required date.
Select “Repeat” - Custom - Frequency = Monthly - Every = 3.
You can further customize from there.
