Regarding app crashing.

I have a iphone 7 plus device. My one of the updated banking (MSC Bank) app crash on my device. Before upadate that app was runs fine on my device, but when I update that app it start crashing. I delete & reinstall that app many times also clear the website data but still the problem not solved. I reset the device with factory reset that app run on device for 2 days & again start crashing. I use lot of tricks to fix the problem but still it not works. What should I do?

you should contact the bank and ask them why their app crashes

I discussed with them regarding the problem, they answered me that, they fix the bugs & firmware for this problem & now app runs finely on the other Iphone users.And they also told me that there might be a problem with my device. But I have a question that if my device is problematic then how that app works after factory resetting. They still not replied me that's why I finally contact to you. Now, I don't understand what should I do?
