Crashing apps

I have two apps on my phone that have been loading or crashing for a few days now.

I have tried to delete the apps and turned off my phone but nothing works, anyone who has an idea to why this happens?

It´s the asos app and the app for my bank

Regarding app crashing. I have a iphone 7 plus device. My one of the updated banking (MSC Bank) app crash on my device. Before upadate that app was runs fine on my device, but when I update that app it start crashing. I delete & reinstall that app many times also clear the website data but still the problem not solved. I reset the device with factory reset that app run on device for 2 days & again start crashing. I use lot of tricks to fix the problem but still it not works. What should I do?

Apps Crashing Immediately I’ve been having problems with certain apps on my phone. If I try to redownload games that I haven’t played in a while, they open then immediately crash. The app doesn’t even appear in the app switcher. This problems has been happening on my old phone and the problem persists with my new phone. I hope you can assist me with my problem!

update your iOs device if you need to and check the App Store for updates to these apps.
