2015 MBP, Squealing noise

My MacBook has been making this weird squealing noise, I'm not sure how to describe this but it's noticeable but not loud, but like an electronic squealing but it's been doing that since last week, is there anything I can do to fix this? I reset the SMC from a forum that was recommended and it didn't help the sound.

The only two things that can cause noise in a Retina laptop is either a fan or the speakers. Most likely the noise is due to a bad fan. Try muting the speakers or plugging in a set of headphones to help eliminate the speakers being the cause of the noise. If the fan is making the noise, then the fan will need to be replaced.
