MacBook Pro does not connect to Wifi, Airdrop also does not work

Hey! My MacBook Pro does not connect to the wifi of my university (eduroam). My Iphone and Ipad don’t have a problem connecting. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you so much!

Additionally, Airdrop also does not work with my Mac.

AirPort Utility Doesn't See Network Devices Just updated to macOS Big Sur v. 11.5 on an early 2016 MacBook. My Netgear Nighthawk cable modem WiFi router shows 15 connected devices, but nothing appears in AirPort Utility. On Ventura can you connect to both Wireless and Wired at the same time? I want to use the wired connection on my Mac M1 but then airdrop does not work. Other discussions here seem to say you can have both turned on at the same time. I asked Apple Support and they say you cannot. On my Mac I can use either wired or wireless separately and it works fine. If I am using wired and I switch on wireless, I can no longer reach the internet. I have the order of services set to ethernet first and wireless second. Does this work for anyone else?

MacBook can send airdrop but not receive from any device. I can airdrop stuff from my MacBook to several iPhones. however, when trying to airdrop to my MacBook, it gets stuck on waiting. I've made sure that the bluetooth is on, the firewall settings are right, set to receive from anyone... I even started in safe mode and it still didn't work. I don't understand why. I read that I should reinstall Mac OS. but I don't want to have to reinstall Mac OS and lose everything and have to start over with basically a brand new machine. what can I check or do to try to get it to receive airdrops? because this is ridiculous.
