Hello TamerSal,

It sounds as though you're having a few issues. You're being prompted that there's not enough available iCloud Storage, contacts are duplicated, and issues with your AirPods Pro not working as expected.

With the AirPods Pro are you following the steps outlined in the Control audio with your AirPods Pro of the following article? If not, these steps can help with using the AirPods Pro with your iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Connect and use your AirPods and AirPods Pro

With the duplicate contacts, if you set up iCloud and noticed the duplicates after syncing your contacts the following article outlines the specific steps to take to reach a resolution.

If you see duplicate contacts after setting up iCloud Contacts

With reference to iCloud Photos, and iCloud storage. Are you being prompted that you're out of iCloud Storage? If so, are you using iCloud Photo Library? This setting can be verified in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos. If this setting is enabled, tap the green toggle next to iCloud Photos, and when prompted tap on Download Photos & Videos to keep those on your iPhone. If you'd like to sync your photos to iCloud you can either manage the iCloud Storage, or look in to upgrading the iCloud Storage plan as outlined in the articles below.
