I Phone/I Cloud Storage Payment Problem
I am unable to buy more storage. My payment is stuck on payment. It says it is done but I see no new storage. I have exhausted the Apple procedure to get this to happen!

We would like to see how we can help with your payment issue. Just to be clear, you can buy more iCloud storage space, but it will not change the storage of the iPhone itself. It is not possible to add more internal storage to the iPhone itself. If you restart the iPhone, are you able to complete the transaction? Have you tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi or cellular connection?
