Is there a setting so when I’m horseback riding my watch is tracking my exertion but not my horse’s steps as my own?

When I select “equestrian sports” as my exercise, it seems to also be counting my “steps” taken by my horse. Is there a way to fix this?

Good question! Presently there is no fix for that. You could submit this as product feedback here:

In the meantime, I wonder if some of the other apps in the app store would record this more precisely, eg:

  • Equilab Equestrian Tracke‪r
  • Horse Riding Tracke‪r‬
