Phone replacement

The back glass is fused to the case and cannot be replaced separately. The entire phone has to be replaced.

You would have to ask at the time of replacement if it is possible to get a different color.

No, I don't know. As another poster said, the normal replacement would be with an identical refurbished unit. I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask if you could change color but they may just have the standard issue to make.

No. Apple will replace the phone with the same model and color you purchased - UNLESS, they are out of stock with the color you originally purchased.
