Phone and watch been stuck on verifying update for the last week

Update from the watch itself.

Place the watch on the charger.

Make sure that your watch is connected to wifi.

On your watch, open the Settings app.

Tap General > Software Update.

Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.

My watch apps has been checking for updates since yesterday and my apple watch keep showing apple logo all the time. I tried to hard reset it many times but still stuck in apple logo since.
