FaceTime orientation

Sometimes, when I answer a FaceTime call, the image on my iPad is oriented ninety degrees to what I want it to be. If I rotate the iPad, the image rotates and remains ninety degrees out. How do I correct this?

Please try switching off rotation lock from control centre
