reset to factory

ipad not connecting to to itunes for a factory restore.. keep saying ipad disabled.


when I power off and hold down start button and connect to computer the screen connecting cord does not show up just the apple symbol

If your computer is running the latest iTunes version, AND if you're performing the correct gestures provided in this support article at section "Remove the passcode on an iPad that has a Home button", points #1 & #2:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support

but the issue still persists, contact Apple Support using this link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&SG=SG004&category_id=SC0123&symptom_id=23249
