Checking for possible keyloggers and other spyware

Hi,

I've recently become aware that someone has had access to my iMac, and I ran a scan using EtreCheck to detect any possible keyloggers or other spyware. I'd greatly appreciate any guidance on the following report:

iMac 27″, macOS 11.2

if you want a VPN because you want "security", DON'T install one. your internet speeds will take a dramatic hit with NO added security. if you want a VPN so that you can view content that's "not available in your region", i recommend Urban VPN Desktop. it's available in the app store for free. just make sure to turn it off after every time you are done using it. and a final note, using a VPN in Canada to watch "geo locked" content is legal in Canada. it may or may not be where you live. please check your local laws.

I know many of us using the VPN very openly and some company also use it because of international works but in many countries using VPN might be illegal or have get the permition form the govt to use in like the legal vpn in uae one of them .It is a strict one and it imposed on individual also So kindly look the country law where it is legal or illegal or one may be cough in to trouble.
