MacBook Pro 16 external display issues via HP USB-C Dock G5

Hello people! We trying to figure out the issue with 2019 MBP 16 or docking station HP USB-C Dock G5.

So, the problem up when we connecting to an external monitor via the HP USB-C Dock G5.

We did not succeed in this on several MBP 16 (brand new from the box, not used before).

The system detects an external monitor, but the image is not displayed on the monitor and the macbook starts freezing every 2 seconds until you disconnect the external monitor or docking station.

When we connecting directly through HDMI or DP adapters the monitor/monitors are fine and worked perfect.

In some tries (really randomly) image on monitor displayed and all is fine, but unplug and plug-in same or other ports external display not working again...

Under Safe Mode both displays off when external connected.

We tried several HP USB-C Dock G5, several MacBook Pro 16 and the same thing happened.

Problem only with MBP 16 (don't think bigsur issue, but i can't check it on surely because haven't MBP16 with Catalina)

Also we tried different monitors (DELL P2317H, HP E233).

Other macs (13'', 15'') with Catalina and BigSur worked fine.

Maybe there is some magic to solve this issue?
