Apple Watch using working as a nurse

Hi!

I am a nurse working in the hospital. In The Netherlands it is not allowed to work with any rings, bracelets, watches or els on the arms because of hygiene precautions. I would like to wear an Apple Watch during my work to know how much steps and kilometers I walked during a shift. Also my heart rate during work would be nice to know.

Anyone who know where I can find a band to wear an Apple Watch else than a wrist? And do you know it give reliable information?
