Apple Watch for the specially abled

Hey people at apple I have been a apple customer for the better part of my life I use a iPhone but cannot use a Apple Watch because I wear **** up wrist splints on both my hands as I have cerebral palsy quadriplegia, today it is totally necessary to wear a Apple Watch because of the health features in it like BP, heart rate, and oxygen concentration plus a phone can fall from your hand in case of a specially able individual but a tied wrist watch cannot please help.
