PS To avoid the formation of a conjunct in the Kannada Qwerty keyboard after typing the F virama key, you type Shift F before the next letter.
To do the same thing in the Kannada keyboard after typing the D virama key, you type the ] key before the next letter.

when I switch to Kannada QWERTY - virama (fullstop) doesn't work.
Could you provide more details about what you mean by that? Can you post a picture of what you are trying to produce but can't?
The fullstop character is on Option > on Kannada Qwerty.
To find stuff you can use

I can post the layouts, but could you be more specific about what you are looking for? These layouts don't have keys designated for zwj/zwnj, but they can still be used to make all the required conjuncts, etc for Kannada, normally by typing the virama key (F in Kannada qwerty) between other characters.
@Tom Thanks much for this quick hint. I was trying various other options. Also - when I switch to Kannada QWERTY - virama (fullstop) doesn't work. Is there a quick way to edit the keyboard layout to resolve this issue?
