Is this the 'Big Sur' upgrade problems?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.12

Please try the troubleshooting steps in Startup Screens Troubleshooting Steps, I suspect it may be a hardware issue which requires that you bring the computer into your local Apple Authorized Service Provider. If you don't know of any in your area please use the link below:
