Pioneer Stereo and IPhone “not supported” SOS

Having a hard time. I installed a Pioneer AVH-120BT. And I have 11 Pro Max with the last Ext OS (14.X something). Radio ✅ Bluetooth connection for media (Pandora, Podcasts) ✅. Phone calls through Bluetooth connection. 📵 USB connection “may not be compatible with this device” so no playing anything from my phone onto the screen 📵. Trying to reset Stereo to factory default 📵. Can’t hear through speakers when answering a call or making a call. Once the call hangs up my Podcast starts to play again. DVD player plays the audio but no video 📵. I can’t delete old phones that are connected or add a new one. 📵. And most the setting buttons are greyed out! Please

Hello UAECRAM,

Thanks for reaching out to us in Apple Support Communities about using your iPhone with your Pioneer stereo, we're happy to help by looking into this more!

It sounds like you're able to pair your iPhone with your stereo and have been able to play music and podcasts from your iPhone via your stereo. This would indicate the communication between your iPhone and stereo is good.

The next best step would be to reach out to Pioneer to see if your stereo is capable of the other things you wish to do. If the stereo is capable, Pioneer will best be able to troubleshot the issues you're having.

Hope this helps.

Best Regards.
