Photostream Not Showing On Photos (Mac & iCloud)

I have an iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro.

On both the iPhone and iPad when I take a photo. its uploaded to Photostream. However I can't see them my Photos App (on MacBook) or on iCloud.

Im signed into the same account on all three devices. Within the Photos -> Preferences -> iCloud panel I have "iCloud Photos", "Download Originals To This Mac" and "Shared Albums"' enabled. "My Photostream" isn't displayed.

Interestingly:

I don't see the photo stream if I log into iCloud.com
If I disable "iCloud Photos" (Within the Photos -> Preferences -> iCloud panel) "My Photostream" is displayed, but as soon as a reenable "iCloud Photos" it disappears again.

Any ideas?

Sorry, no. I noticed the same thing (I think when Catalina was released) but didn't pursue it as I no longer use it since iCloud Photos became an option.

Also note the following from My Photo Stream - Apple Support (which may indicate future availability)

If you recently created your Apple ID, My Photo Stream might not be available. If My Photo Stream isn't available, use iCloud Photos to keep your photos and videos in iCloud.

When iCloud is enabled the My Photo Stream is Disabled to prevent duplicate importing.

Photo Stream has never been accessible via iCloud.com. See the "Where you can access your photos" section of About iCloud Photos and My Photo Stream - Apple Support
