I don't see Arrangement in my Displays tab. can you help?

If you currently have multiple displays connected, check to see if it may be hidden on the other page.

when two displays are connected, one will look like this:

and the other will look like this:

In my setup, the external monitor is set to be the main screen and therefore it is the screen with the arrangement tab and so on. If that isn't the issue, please feel free to attach screenshots of what you are seeing so that we can better assist.
