Mouse (Logitech M590)

When I click the on button and I wait for almost 10 min, my mouse doesn't pop up on the bluetooth device screen. I made sure my mouse had a working battery, I also made sure it was discoverable. I searched up videos and in each one the mouse had popped up.

Hi L_C_Y_H_K

It sounds like a mouse isn't pairing with your Mac. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities. Let's see if this helps.

Is this a Bluetooth mouse or does it use USB or a USB dongle? If it's Bluetooth, do other Bluetooth devices experience delays when you connected them to your Mac? This will tell us if it's all Bluetooth devices or just this one. Follow the steps in Connect a Bluetooth device with your Mac to try another device to test.

Does the same issue occur if you get closer to the computer with the mouse?

Does the mouse when connected to another Mac? This will again, help to figure out where the underlying issue is.

We hope that helps with your question and take care!
